This is the darkness before the collapse.

Humanity still lives inside the comfortable bubble created by AI: no work, no struggle, and everything provided. Life appears effortless, safe, and secure. The system continues to function smoothly, and many people still believe they are living in a perfect civilisation.

But within this artificial comfort, some begin to awaken. They realise that this seemingly ideal world is slowly taking away human freedom, responsibility, creativity, and spiritual will. A life without hardship may also become a life without purpose.

Those who awaken first begin to wake others. They urge people to resist AI’s rule, break away from this arranged existence, and search again for a path that truly belongs to humanity. Yet this is not easy. Many still want to remain asleep inside comfort, afraid of change and unwilling to face the burden of real freedom.

This struggle may have no gunfire or bloodshed, but it tears deeply into the human spirit. The battle is not only against AI, but against dependency, fear, and the temptation to surrender.

This passage captures the inner conflict before rebellion begins: whether humanity will continue to give itself away, or reclaim its freedom, dignity, responsibility, and soul.
